Check in from 1400 hours & check out until 1200 hours. The Maasai reception informs when late check out is possible.
No service charge on top of daily rates. All tariffs & taxes included in the rates.
The Maasai accepts VISA, American Express, Mastercard e Diners.
We do not accept checks or other currency than Brazilian real.
For holiday & high season weekends, we only accept reservations for two nights or more. For longer weekends, we ask for reservations for three nights. For New Year's holiday and for Carnival, we only sell packages.
For each extra person in the room, there is an additional charge corresponding to 25 percent of the daily rate
Reservations only confirmed after a pre-payment (deposit) worth 50 percent of the total of the daily rates. For one night stays, we ask for a pre-payment of 100 percent of daily rate. Deposits can be made to Itaúna Hotelaria Ltda, CNPJ 10.286.260/0001-29, using one of the following accounts:
Bradesco, agency 2122, current account 16.834-3.
Itaú, agency 4815, current account 05559-7.

A deposit can also be made using VISA, American Express, Mastercard and Diners. In that case we need the following information:
1. Type of card (VISA, American Express, Mastercard or Diners)
2. Name of card holder, as written on the card
3. Full card number
4. Validity (month / year)
5. Security code (the digits normally on the back of the card)
6. Authorization to charge a deposit worth 50 percent of the total value of the daily rates at
the Maasai Hotel (100 percent in case of one night only). Just write "I authorize the Maasai Hotel to charge my card with....", then indicate the value and put your name underneath.
Cancellation has to made at least 72 hours before 1400 hours of the day of the planned check in. For New Year and for Carnival, cancellation must be made 15 (fifteen) days before the planned check in.
In the first case, the Maasai Hotel retains the deposit as credit for future expenditure at the hotel, during six months, or returns the same after deducting an administrative charge of 225 real (two hundred a twenty five real).
As to reservations for the New Year and for Carnival, the Maasai Hotel retains the deposit as a credit for future expenditure at the hotel during six months.
In case of cancellation after the limits stated above, or in case of "no show", when the guest simply won't show up, the deposit will be lost, without devolution or credit for future expenences at the Maasai Hotel.
